Feras Maaki, European Sales Manager - Feras provides technical sales and customer support to the European region. Prior to joining ERI, he has held senior sales engineer and country manager positions throughout the Middle East and Asia. Feras was responsible for technical service and sales of FilmTec membranes (with Ion Exchange Resins) at Abunayyan (Trading) Corp. in the UAE. Feras earned his Masters degree in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering at the Technical University in Sofia, Bulgaria. He is fluent in English, Bulgarian, Arabic, German and Czech. Rodney Clemente, Technical Service Engineer, with ERI since 1998 is intimately involved in all aspects of product development, manufacturing and customer service for the PX®. His detailed knowledge of ERI’s customers and installed product base and his outstanding performance as a service manager have achieved notable distinction for customer satisfaction.
